1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 1xslot (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") with respect to your access to and use of the 1xslot website, mobile site, and all associated services including online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and customer support.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts may be suspended, bonus funds will be forfeited, and any winnings derived from bonus funds on duplicate accounts may be voided. 3.3 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 1xslot account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. All activity that occurs on your account while logged in with your credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit amount, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. All deposit transactions must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposits identified as third-party transactions will be reversed and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 1xslot account within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing time of the originating institution. 1xslot does not accept liability for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. 1xslot aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 to 30 minutes during standard business hours (BST, UTC+6); during high-volume periods, processing may take up to 24 hours. 4.4 Currency

All transactions on 1xslot are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Where a payment provider processes a transaction in a different base currency, the conversion will be handled by the payment provider at their prevailing exchange rate, and 1xslot accepts no liability for any currency conversion charges applied by third parties.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, and validity periods. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotional terms of a given offer, all bonus funds awarded to a player account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real-money funds. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagers placed on certain game categories — including but not limited to live casino games, specific jackpot titles, and sports betting accumulators with low odds — may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all toward the fulfilment of a wagering requirement.

5.3 Bonus Abuse & Prohibited Practices

The following activities in connection with bonus offers are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Using bonus funds in a manner designed to produce low-risk outcomes that exploit the terms of the promotion (e.g., hedging bets across opposing outcomes at a sports book).
• Colluding with other players to share, transfer, or pool bonus funds.
• Claiming a bonus that was intended for a different player segment (e.g., a new player bonus claimed on a returning player account).

1xslot's decision on whether a bonus claim constitutes abuse is final. Where bonus abuse is suspected, the platform reserves the right to withhold pending withdrawals pending full investigation.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonus offers have a stated validity period. If the wagering requirements attached to a bonus are not fulfilled within the stated validity period, the bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from those bonus funds will be forfeited automatically at the point of expiry. Real-money funds in your account are unaffected by bonus expiry.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 1xslot platform, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account or to process withdrawals.
• Money Laundering: Using the 1xslot platform as a mechanism to launder, conceal, or transfer the proceeds of any unlawful activity. 1xslot is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Cheating & Exploitation: Using any software, algorithm, exploit, or manual technique to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players, including but not limited to the use of betting bots, automated wagering systems, or collusion networks.
• Impersonation: Accessing another player's account, impersonating another player or member of the 1xslot team, or misrepresenting your identity in any communication with the platform.
• Disruptive Conduct: Engaging in threatening, abusive, defamatory, or harassing behaviour toward 1xslot support staff or other platform users via any channel, including live chat, email, or social media.
• Technical Interference: Attempting to hack, probe, scan, or otherwise test the vulnerability of the 1xslot platform, its servers, or any associated infrastructure.
• Scraping & Data Harvesting: Using automated tools to collect, copy, or redistribute data from the 1xslot platform without prior written consent.

Breach of any of the above obligations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and where applicable, referral of the matter to law enforcement authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 1xslot platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game assets, promotional material, and all other visual and functional elements — is the intellectual property of 1xslot or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 1xslot platform solely for the purposes of personal online gaming and sports betting in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the 1xslot platform for any commercial or non-personal purpose without the prior written consent of 1xslot.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 1xslot account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and any real-money balance in your account will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Account closure requests are processed within 3 business days.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by 1xslot

1xslot reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Suspicious wagering patterns or financial activity that triggers fraud or anti-money-laundering review procedures.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.

• Receipt of a chargebacks dispute from a payment provider on behalf of the account holder.

Where an account is closed by 1xslot due to a breach of these Terms, the platform reserves the right to retain any funds held in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is found following investigation, the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion via our support team. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be deactivated and any pending marketing communications will be suppressed. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1xslot's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The 1xslot platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain continuous availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or defects at all times.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 1xslot's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Amendments to These Terms

1xslot reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law, changes to platform functionality, changes to payment processing arrangements, or updates to responsible gaming requirements.
